Designed to bridge the gap between focusing on a specific injury or problem and full body massage.
Training package
3 x 60 minute massages – $195
Designed for chronic issues or the athlete who seeks regular massage maintenance. Services can be arranged around a specific event (such as a marathon) or throughout the training season.
Repair and Restore Package package
3 x 90 minute massages – $270
Designed for those who want both a full body massage and attention to specific issues and injuries. This is also perfect for those who need a combination of stress relief and pain management.
